WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Einun works closely with trusted global suppliers and premium manufacturers to curate high-quality products at the best prices for you. To ensure efficiency and fast processing, your orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers in Asia via our shipping partnerships (including USPS for US deliveries).

ORDER, CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped or entered production. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you need to request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at support@einun.com.

Can I change my shipping address or order details?
We can only modify order information **within 10 hours of purchase** due to our strict shipping schedules. Please check your order confirmation email immediately after placing your order to verify that all information is correct. If you spot an error, contact us immediately. Please note that einun will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.

SHIPPING & TRACKING
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard in-store processing, stocking, and packaging typically take   2-5 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, your tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. If you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from completing your payment, please contact us.

Why is my tracking number not updating?
For items shipping from our overseas warehouse, there is typically a temporary delay in tracking updates from the time the package leaves the international facility until it is scanned at a USPS facility in the US. This process averages 2-7 business days but can occasionally take 8-12 days. This is completely normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

DELIVERY TIME & TAXES
How long will shipping take?
Your estimated delivery date is calculated as follows:
Estimated Delivery Date = Purchase Date + 2-5 business days (processing) + Estimated Shipping Time (see chart below)

Will I be charged customs and import taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, meaning you may be liable to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

RETURNS & GUARANTEES
What is your Shipping Guarantee?
To back up our commitment to you, we will refund your shipping costs (or provide a partial product refund if your shipping was free) if your item takes longer than the following timeframes to arrive:

• USA (Mainland): 40 days
• USA (Other): 45 days
• Canada: 40 days
• Australia: 40 days
• New Zealand: 40 days
• UK: 45 days
• Rest of World: 60 days

What if my package is lost or never arrives?
We offer Risk-Free Shopping! If for any reason your goods do not arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL.
If you suspect your order is missing, please let us know at support@einun.com. We will investigate the issue (which usually takes 3-5 business days) and arrange a replacement or full refund once confirmed.

What happens if a delivery fails?
If a package arrives in the destination country and delivery fails because the customer refuses to accept the package, or multiple delivery attempts are made by the local carrier without response, we reserve the right to abandon the package, and no refund will be issued.
